A blogger is someone who publishes content to a blog.The term blogger can also be used when talking about Google’s hosted blog service called Blogger.
Generally, when speaking about Google’s Blogger, the ‘b’ will be capitalized and when speaking about an individual blogger, the ‘b’ will be lowercase.
Blogger should not be confused with the popular desktop blogging application called Bloggar (or w.Bloggar).
